PTTI 2004 will take place at the Hyatt Regency Hotel on Capitol Hill,
in Washington, DC. The hotel is located within steps of the U.S. Capitol, Library
of Congress, Supreme Court, Smithsonian Museums, Washington Mall and Amtrak's
Union Station.

When reservations are made, mention PTTI 2004 to receive the group
sleeping room rate. The PTTI rate is available from December 5
through December 10, 2004. Check-in time is 1500 (3:00 PM EST)
and check-out time is Noon. Rooms are held until 1600 (4:00 PM
EST) if not guaranteed for late arrival by a credit card or one night's
deposit. The block of reserved rooms will be released November 5 so
reserve early. If rooms are available after that date, reservations will be
accepted at the group rate. If you leave before your scheduled
departure date without informing the Hyatt Regency Hotel on Capitol Hill, you
will be charged an early departure fee.
