When the FTP file is ready for downloading, it will point you to the right directory. The data conversion can take a long time if you ask for lots of things.

If you want EVERYTHING, you can also connect to tycho.usno.navy.mil via anonymous ftp, and cd to the pulsar archive directory. The simple structure is explained in the README file.

Usually only the first four questions need to be altered; the rest have all-inclusive defaults.
